✨ ​​Booking and Cancellation Policy ✨

A minimum 50% deposit is required to secure and confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than seven days prior to the event.

 

If you, the client, cancel your booking more than seven days before the event, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

 

If you cancel within seven days of the event, including on the event date, the full booking amount is non-refundable.

 

This policy does not exclude or limit any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

✨ If Miss Fey Is Unable To Attend ✨

 

As a small business owner and sole entertainer, I personally manage and attend my bookings. In the unlikely event that illness, injury or another serious unforeseen circumstance prevents me from attending, I will make every reasonable effort to find a trusted and suitably experienced entertainer to fulfil your booking.

 

Any proposed replacement entertainer will be discussed with you and will only be confirmed with your approval. If a suitable replacement cannot be arranged, or you do not wish to accept the proposed replacement, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

 

If I need to cancel your booking within 48 hours of the event, you will also receive a voucher for 25% off one future booking of up to two hours and up to the value of the original booking, subject to availability.
