Booking and Cancellation Policy:

​

A minimum of 50% deposit is required to confirm any booking - unless specified otherwise in a promotion - with the remainder to be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the event.

If you, the client, needs to cancel for any reason, you will receive the following refund of your deposit back:

~ 70% of full booking amount returned from the deposit, if cancelled two or more weeks prior to the event.

~ Full deposit amount (50% of booking amount) will be non-refundable, if cancelled within seven days of the event.

~ Full booking amount will be non-refundable if cancelled on the day of the event.

As a micro business, I manage all of my bookings myself. If I am sick or unable to attend, I will do my best to find a fellow entertainer to cover the booking for you, however if I am unable to find a suitable replacement, then you, the client, will receive the following refund of your deposit back:
 

~ 100% of your deposit returned, if cancelled 10 days prior to the event, which should allow adequate time for you to find a replacement entertainer.

~ 100% of your deposit returned, and a 50% discount voucher for any booking up to the value of the original booking, (maximum of two hours), if cancelled within 48 hours prior to the event.
